At Thrive Unlimited we want you to love your purchase.

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads or online access, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • eBooks

  • Courses

  • Downloadable resources

  • Journals

  • Planners

all sales are considered final once access has been provided.

🌿 Refund Exceptions

We will gladly assist if:

  • You were charged more than once

  • You cannot access your purchase due to a technical issue

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is corrupted or cannot be downloaded

If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault or does not perform as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
